How to use

Cat Spray:
We recommend applying the Spray 3-4 times a day at first (although it will not do any harm if you feel you need to apply more frequently than this). When you start to see an improvement, you can reduce the frequency to 1-2 times a day. When the skin has returned to relative normalcy, you can continue using the Spray a few times a week to keep the skin topped up with moisture and nutrients.

Cat Gel:
With clean hands, pump some Gel onto your fingers and gently massage it into the affected area, or dab on if the skin is very sore.



Cat Shampoo:
Apply to wet coat and massage in gently. Allow to sit for a few minutes then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Cat Ear Cleaner:
Apply 10–15 drops into the ear and massage gently. Allow your cat to shake its head, then wipe clean with a dry cloth. Alternatively, apply a few drops to a cotton pad and wipe the ear. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.

Anti-Itch Cat Chews
Dosage: for cats under 2kg: 1-2 chews daily, for cats over 2kg: 3 chews daily. Suitable for cats and kittens over 3 months.
Use these chews as a supplement to a healthy, balanced and natural diet.
Store in a cool, dry place.

For itchy and problem skin, we recommend using the Spray and Gel together. In this case, start by applying the Spray and briefly wait until it’s been absorbed by the skin. Follow up by applying the Gel on any red hot, sensitive, sore or damaged areas to further nourish and protect the skin.

Is it safe if my cat licks the Spray or Gel?

Yes, our Spray and Gel are safe when accidentally ingested. However, we do recommend giving the products as much time as possible to be absorbed by the skin and start working its magic. For that reason, if your cat has the tendency to lick the area after applying the Spray or Gel, we recommend distracting them for a few minutes with cuddles, food or toys.

What is the difference between the Spray and the Gel?

The Spray is great at stopping the itch/scratch cycle quickly and is easy to use on larger areas or longer fur. It has 15 natural oils and extracts that hydrate and feed the skin a plethora of vitamins and minerals. This increases the skin's strength over time and helps prevent flare ups and skin irritations.

The Gel is designed to soothe sore and inflamed skin. It can be used on broken skin to aid wound healing and is perfect to use on the face and paws, as well as targeted areas on the rest of the body. The cooling gel texture calms irritated skin quickly whilst the omega-rich formula helps nourish the area back to health.

They work very well together, as the Spray sinks quickly into the skin, and once absorbed, the Gel sits nicely on top to protect the skin and promote healing.

How often should I clean my cats ears?

We recommend using our ear cleaner 1–2 times per week for routine maintenance. For cats prone to wax buildup or irritation, you can use it more frequently as it’s gentle enough for regular use.

How often should I bathe my pet?

If your cat enjoys bathing or has a skin condition that requires bathing, we would recommend once or twice a month - it is important to avoid over-washing. If you feel the need to bathe your cat more often, for instance because they are unable to groom themselves at all, make sure to use a pet-appropriate shampoo that is gentle on their sensitive skin.
